Legal compliance This returns and refunds policy is in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Your rights as a consumer In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day 'cooling off' period in which you have the right to cancel your for sale or for rent board purchase. Please note that our advertising services such as our 'on the portals' package are not subject to the cooling off period, as the services begin immediately after purchase.

How to cancel within the 7 day cooling off period Should you wish to cancel your board purchase with the cooling off period, please either email us at , or call us on 0845 644 4029. You should return the board via recorded delivery or registered post as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

All other refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management
